Final Year Project 1 2020

(26/10/2020 - 30/10/2020) Activity  : Repair the Objectives and Problem Statement Objective  : To repair the Objectives of Project and Problem Statement  Content / Procedure  : I have been repaired the objective and problem statement follows on what has been discussed with Madam Afifah.  Objectives of Project Before: After: Problem Statement Before: After: Conclusion : I have repaired the Objectives and Problem Statement based on the comments given from assessors and suggestions from Madam Afifah.

(19/10/2020 - 23/10/2020) Activity  : Discuss with supervisor about the assessors' comments. Objective  : To modify and improve the content for the report. Content / Procedure  : I have discussed with Madam Afifah on what to be added for my report which has been commented by Dr Hasmiza Harun about my project objective. Conclusion : In conclusion, my supervisor suggests me to find another one for the Objectives and one for Problem Statement.

   (12/10/2020 - 16/10/2020) Activity  : 1. Final draft of the presentation 2. Proposal Defence Day Objective  : 1. To finalize the draft of the presentation 2. To propose the project to the Assessor Content / Procedure  : Two assessors were assigned for each students. Both my assessors are from Medical Electronics Section. First assessor is Associate Professor Dr Ahmad Sabry bin Mohamad and second assessor is Dr Noor Hasmiza Harun. They have given positive feedback and some comments for my project. The presentation was held through Microsoft Teams. Dr Noor Hasmiza Harun commented that I have to repair my objectives and give some advice about the IR Sensors for my project. Conclusion : In conclusion, there a few things that I need to change before proceeding to the documentation of FYP1 Report. Besides, I also learn on how to present well as a first step to present for FYP2 in future.

  (05/10/2020 - 09/10/2020) Activity  : 1. Mock presentation FYP with supervisor Objective  : 1. To enhance the ability of skill presentation Content / Procedure  : On this week, I also did a mock presentation with supervisor and my friends to enhance my skills during the proposal defence day. This also to help me to be prepared mentally and physically. My supervisor also does some evaluation to improve my draft slide presentation. Conclusion : In conclusion, I am ready to present my project during proposal defence day with some tips given by my supervisor.

(28/09/2020 - 02/10/2020) Activity  : 1. FYP 1 Final Briefing 2. Block Diagram of the Project 3. Flowchart of Project 4. Project Design Objective  : 1. To know on how to make Methodology for FYP 1 2. To make a block diagram of the project 3. To give a proper explanation of the flowchart 4. To develop a project design Content / Procedure  : FYP 1 Final Briefing Date : 30/09/2020 (Wednesday) Time : 3pm - 5pm Venue: Microsoft Teams During the session, we learn how to do part Methodology for FYP 1 report. Block Diagram Flowchart Project Design Result Conclusion  :     In conclusion, a block diagram will help me to know the process of my project. It also will help me know how the direction of project is moving toward. Flowchart is a type of diagram that represents a workflow or process of the project. I also had proposed a design that will be use for this project.
